For more than two decades, I've been helping women change the way they think, lead and show up in their lives.
My career has taken me from television journalism to entrepreneurship, education, speaking and executive coaching. Through these experiences, I've come to understand something important: even the most accomplished women can carry enormous internal pressure.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves, the beliefs we hold, the expectations we carry and the patterns influencing how we live and lead.
My approach combines structured personal development with personalized coaching, bringing together my experience in leadership, communication, NLP and ICF-aligned coaching.
